I totally want one of those. And the Recidete reminds me of Erik K too.
These also remind me of the Funniest Envoy Magazine "At Ease" Ever: encyclicals from the first Pope from Chicago. A sample title: Aio, Tibi Dico (Yeah, I'm Talking To You)

Minor nitpick: the final word in that first one should be spelled "loqueris" instead.
All of these, IIRC, are taken from Latin for All Occasions and Latin for Even More Occasions, two novelty Latin books by a certain Henry Beard, supposedly of National Lampoon fame.

Probably because We have to use it so often. These insolent Plebes drive me batty. You would think that they would get the message, but, oh no, they think that they have some right to drive around at 45 in the fast lane. In front of Us!
Of course any business We conduct is Imperial Business, no matter how mundane.
