Ap: I wish none, but Baby-Lu limits peaceful reading time, so it usually comes on in the evenings. Many days we watch none, but some days we watch an hour or two, so I'd say an average of an hour. We try to watch movies because TV is as often depressing as it is entertaining.

Soup: Ugly off-white (it's an apt.)

Salad: I'm assuming you mean clothes, though I'm not sure. I can't really afford to splurge on clothes too often, but when I do, what I really, really like always seems to be Nautica (always very comfortable with great colors) and Geoffrey Beene (I love their men's shirts, and they have great shirt and tie combos). If you meant any brand name product, I'd replace one of those with Cherry Coke.

Main course: spending eternity in torment. ew, thanks for reminding me to go to Confession tomorrow

Dessert: Rome, although (sap alert) every day I wake up next to my wife, I'm exactly where I wish to be.

Bonus: Shouldn't this be dessert? Yum yum, Chocolate w/cherries in the middle, with lots of frosting and icing and NONE OF THOSE NASTY SPRINKLES.

Appetizer - Less than one hour most days, except on the weekends when I zone out in the a.m. on Food Network shows.

Soup - French Blue and Cream

Salad - Dove chocolate because it's SO much better than the other stuff (except Godiva which is the best) and Luvs diapers because they fit better and don't leak.

Main Course - Flying and this is from someone who lived overseas and flew plenty in her previous life. Wouldn't do it now - although I would like to go back and see all those shrines my family didn't visit :-(.

Dessert - A larger house, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 10 of us. And a big backyard where the kids could play all day if they wanted. And, because we live in tornado alley, a basement or safe room.

Bonus Birthday Question - How timely (it's my hubby's birthday today)! Pepsi Cake with Cola frosting! Actually anything chocolate will do for me.

Appetizer: Between 1 and 2 daily. Sometimes zero, sometimes a zone out day.

Soup: My kitchen is "hurt your teeth bright apple green" and white. I like it, but it's not everyone's cuppa.

Salad: McCormick's Salt and Spice seasoning blend. Gotta have it. Other than that, I can't think of a single brand I am absolutely loyal to. I shop sales, etc.

Main Course: Going to hell. Followed closely by having something awful happen to PapaC or Zteen.

Dessert: In a completely paid for house. I wouldn't necessarily wish to be any *place* different. "There's no place like home. There's no place like home." If I had to pick another place to be? I guess Tucson, AZ. I'm a desert girl at heart.

Bonus: Yellow cake with chocolate frosting, but really I like cookies better!

Appetizer
2

Soup
green and misc shades of purple

Salad
Mountain Dew, it's really the only carbonated beverage worth drinking on a regular basis and it keeps me awake at work. Also, I'm a big fan of New York and Company clothes because they send me good coupons and the clothes actually fit and cover all the necessary skin.

Main Course
Never being able to wake up in dessert.

Dessert
In a house we own, with our very own front porch.

Bonus Birthday Question
Chocolate

Appetizer: usually 0, or if you count my kid's TV and videos, 2 on a typical day I guess

Soup: Well, we have hardly any wall space. My husband says the visible wall is "standard off-white." The cabinets are an orangey light brownish color, maybe maple? The floor is some sort of cool beige neutral tile. The counter is similar but not tile. And the fridge is almond. It was all this way when we bought it.

Salad: Um, not sure I buy them on a regular basis but I like a couple of Bobbie Brooks clothing items I have. They fit well. Oh, and I like books from Ignatius Press!

Main Course: Biggest fear of all would be going to Hell.

Dessert: Does this mean as a new home base, or could I leave any time I wanted? I'd love to find myself temporarily in Rome (they should have a lot of confessors who speak English there, right?) Long-term, well, we've tossed around the idea of living in the Peoria diocese, though I haven't been there yet so it'd be a bit of a gamble to choose.

Bonus Birthday Question: Carvel standard with the white (vanilla?) and chocolate ice cream with the crunchies. I love the chocolate and crunchies but will not buy the "Sinfully Chocolate" line.

1. 5+ hours of tv. Don't hate me.
2. light yellow
3. diet dr. pepper, skippy pb
4. being poor
5. Arizona. I miss my sisters
6. Red Cake

app: maybe 1

soup: some funky sea green and white (not my choice- we're currently in a rental)

salad: Avon shampoo & cond -cheap but good, Bath & Body Works lotion- smell sooooo yummy!

MC: Hell and spiders

Des: Vacationing at a resort in the Carribean sitting on a white beach sipping a drink I can't pronounce with Mr. Shirley (oh, and the kids back in SD with relatives).

Bonus: Chocolate, without a doubt.

1) Zero. Haven't owned a TV since '98.
2) Walls are a pretty pale yellow; cabinets are white.
3) Stonyfield Farms yogurt (can't beat the texture/flavor) and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser because I don't think there's a generic counterpart available yet.
4) Lasting harm to my children, esp. spiritual harm.
5) Maybe I'd go back to Scotland, or maybe Rome. Having just survived a move at eight months pregnant, I am in no hurry to go anywhere tomorrow.
6) Maybe the fabulous carrot cake from New Basics, or maybe chocolate. Either way, cream cheese frosting.

Appetizer: There's no way sports/and or video games count in this question.

Soup: I have no earthly idea. I assume that having to go look is akin to cheating.

Salad: Bioware - If they make a game, I'm buying (when given proper authorization from my in-house CFO, that is). Gatorade - favs are orange and citrus cooler.

Main Course: Anything having to do with my children in chronic pain.

Dessert: Superbowl Sunday, box seats, "Here you are, Mr. Scagel, large beer and super-size nachos. Enjoy the Patriots' 4th Superbowl in 5 years."

Bonus Birthday Question: I like white cake with white frosting. If I'm feeling adventurous, red velvet w/that frosting that I think is cream cheese-based, although it always seems to me that cream cheese frosting is a little improbable.

Appetizer
It depends. If you count the hours watching films late at night, then several. If you are talking broadcast TV, then next to none, unless I can convince Amalia to let me watch Teletubbies!
Soup
HAH! Don't blame me, it's a rental.
Salad
Fage Greek yogurt - tangy, yummy, goes great with manzanita honey. Molinari - I go through about a pound of their pancetta a week. A tie with them would be Niman Ranch, although the recent changes to their bacon formulation might send them to a distant third.
Main Course
Sharks in swimming pools. I don't have this fear in the great white-infested ocean near us, just in chlorinated fresh water swimming pools. I dunno. Call me crazy, but it is a throwback to my competitive swimming days. If I don't swim fast enough, they will get me. 6:00+ for the 500 Free? Chomp. Chomp.
Dessert
Rome or Orvieto.
Bonus Birthday Question
The honey cake from the Freeport Bakery in Sacramento.

Here's my answers!

App. 1-2 later at night but my kids watch way too much

Soup. We rent right now and so I don't have much control over it so it's a lot of wood. Looks like a sea of brown to me.

Salad. Huggies-they are the best and I used to buy generic laundry detergent but now I let myself spend the money on Tide.

Main. Kenny or one of the kids dying.

Dess. My own tropical island or the house that I've been dreaming about building with a concrete room so I can stop having those tornado nightmares and of course this house would be completely paid for.

I love red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting!

Appetizer: 0-1, I will watch specific shows, but don't like to channel surf at all.

Soup: Boring tan and white, want too add more red.

Main course: Something happening to one of my kids.

Dessert: Rome

Bonus: Yellow cake w/chocolate frosting.

These are fun! Nicole

Appetizer: An hour or so (gotta catch the local news and weather).
Soup: Off white and blond-ish wood (it needs work)
Salad: La Victoria jalapeno salsa and Bud
Main Course: Failing to raise my girls as devout, vibrant Catholics (damnation is a close second).
Dessert: Shanghai
Bonus: Really? Cakes come in flavors other than chocolate? Why?

Now radio on the other hand.....

red brick counter, white cabinets (dirty, too) and hideous 50s aqua formica counters - usually hidden by all kinds of stuff and currently covered over with a green marbleized contact paper.
