It is the rarest of weeks in Texas--a whole rainy week! Those of you who live elsewhere may not understand how weird this is for us. Rainy yesterday, rainy today. Predicted rain for tomorrow. Wow. So forgive yet another picture of rain. It's unusual!
We're in the middle of a drought. The smoke from the fires in Georgia have drifted even this far. On Sunday, the air was full its haze, the smell was annoying, and it couldn't have been healthy to breathe. Send some of that moisture east.
