You know, this is the whole reason I'm Catholic, I think. A church that recognizes that sorrow will be a part of our lives. Doesn't pretend that true believers can get away from it, or that it doesn't really exist.
I love this Church.

that goes double for the smock. the Church's teaching on redemptive suffering is probably the BIGGEST reason that i converted.
