Can I hear a YUM!?

YUM!

It's high in protein, if that helps. I have another use for it. I'll tell you about it sometime.

my favorite thing to do with condensed milk is to make dulce de leche. my godmother taught me how. You put a can, UNOPENED, in a pan, cover it with water, bring the water to a boil and simmer for 3 hours (or lately, I do it overnight in the crockpot). let it cool before opening. eat by the spoonful, mix into ice cream, add to coffee, dip apples in it - yum yum yum.
