some of you have written asking why the smock is MIA. well, to make a long story short, i'm a'trainin' for the avon walk for breast cancer. uh-yup that raht. believe it or no, on april 12 - 13, i'll spend the weekend walking, along with bunches of other people, in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. lord willin' i'll make the entire walk (a marathon and a half at 39 miles). of course, iffin i hurl up my lungs afor it's all said and done, that's okay, too. regardless, i will be walking in honor of my sister, charlene, who is herself a breast cancer survivor.
