1. What's the most daring thing you've ever done?
2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of?
3. On a scale of 1-10, what's your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it's a lifestyle)
4. What's the best thing that's ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky?
5. ... and what's the worst?
I'll answer in the comment boxes with ya'll. (But it may be awhile later--I've got to Altar Guild the Friday morning mass!)
1. Entered the Catholic Church. I say it's daring not because I had anything to lose, but because it's ever so dramatic.
2. Sky Diving with my daughter (when she's older of course!)
3. 6
4. I started dating my soon to be wife.
5. I scraped up my hands and bruised my butt from sliding down an ice covered hill on my rear end.
1. Most daring? Probably marrying CAS!
2. What would I like to try? Parasailing. It seems safer than what I would really like to do--which is hang-glide. However, I will never hang-glide, because while I can see myself gliding along, I can NEVER see myself running toward a cliff and jumping off.
3. Risk factor? I'd say 3 for physical things, 7 for intellectual/spiritual things.
4. 25 years later I'm still married to CAS!
5. A few bruises on the heart and emotions. I'm not daring enough physically to chalk up any physical pains to risk-taking behavior.
1. What's the most daring thing you've ever done?
Hitchhiked and picked up hitchhikers.
2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of?
Hiking the Appalachian Trail.
3. On a scale of 1-10, what's your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it's a lifestyle)
7.
4. What's the best thing that's ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky?
I learned that the Lord had a purpose for all the wackiness of my existence!
5. ... and what's the worst?
I became a pariah in my workplace as a result of a "Born-again Christian" dear John letter.
