the latest from the american family association...

"Homosexual activists are working to get other corporations to follow the lead of Nike. Many corporations are already donating large sums to homosexual organizations to support their agenda.

Sending a message to Nike will send a message to those corporations poised to support homosexual unions. Your email letter will be sent to Nike President Bill Perez and three other corporate executives."

As a Canadian blogger having to live through this same-sex marriage horror, I can tell you that you need to keep on top of this. Bill C-38 already passed here, in no small part because people were sleepwalking while the government and the courts changed everything.

Of course, it helps that in Canada no one really cares what the people think. And also that we've been brainwashed into thinking that if the American like an idea, it must be a bad one, and vice versa.

There has been some blowback though. Two socialist members of parliament have been slapped hard by the Church for supporting C-38. One has been denied communion, and the other tossed from all Church lay committees and other functions.

Needless to say, the roar of "separation of Church and State" has gone up. Others are waiting for the Church to come to her senses and start acting "normal".

But gay marriage will be the law of the land by the end of the summer. The wait is on to see when the first lawsuits will be filed to compel a church to sanctify such a marriage.

And since I wouldn't be a blogger if I didn't try to dum up some traffic, my posts here and here on these MPs and their whining ways.

[Please don't be too brutal with my half-baked theological musings.]
